You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Make sure your ID is current and not expired. You should also have your unsigned documents ready; do not sign them beforehand, as the notarization requires your signature to be witnessed in person.

No — please do not sign your documents before the appointment. The notary must witness your signature in person for the notarization to be valid. Signing ahead of time could invalidate the document.

Some documents — such as wills, deeds, and powers of attorney — require one or two witnesses in addition to a notary. If your document requires witnesses and you don't have any available, let us know when you book and we can arrange for witnesses to accompany the notary.

Our fees vary depending on the type of service, number of documents, number of signers, and travel distance. Most loan signings are completed within 60 to 90 minutes at your location. Once finished, we promptly return the executed documents to the title company or lender — typically the same day or next morning, depending on the time of signing.
